- A Non-refundable Registration Fee & Book Fee is due at time of enrollment.
- Hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
- All Meals including a breakfast (if your child is at school before 8:30am), lunch & snack are included in your tuition.
- Tuition is due in advance every Friday, latest Monday morning. You will automatically be charged a $10 late fee, per day, after Monday.
- H.A.F.H. has a strict no admittance Wednesday policy. If tuition is not paid by Wednesday morning, your child will not be allowed in school unless full payment is received.
- Uniforms are Mandatory and should be worn everyday to school.
- If you are withdrawing your child from our school (for any reason), a written 2 weeks notice is required or you will be charged the full two weeks (+ any additional balance due). You will be sent to collections if the balance is not paid.
- You must have your child at school by 8:30am, no later than 9am. If your child is not in school by 9am he/she will not be allowed to stay in school unless prior notice has been given. If prior notice has been given, a staff member will escort your child to his/her classroom after 9:00am. This will prevent any distractions in the classrooms.
- No credit will be granted for Holidays, Vacation or Sick Time. Full tuition is always due. We will grant one free week for vacation after one year of consecutive enrollment at H.A.F.H..
- A yearly re-registration fee and possible tuition increase will be charged on your anniversary date.
